2:30 p.m., Abingdon. In preparation for Month of the Military Child, We Cancerve's Gloria Park will lead an intergenerational project to encourage hospitalized children of military parents with cards and craft kits. By invitation only.

Oct 10 Art with a Heart Microgrant Opens Kid-Friendly
Applications accepted thru Nov. 10 to award one grant in the amount of $300-$500 annually to one public school in Harford County, MD, over the next five academic years. The grant encourages students to conceive, plan, and execute a service project that uses artistic expression to benefit the local school community. Learn more today.
